The concept locates the industrial areas in the central, northern and western parts of the investment land, moving them away from the built-up areas (including, in particular, residential areas) of Rokitnica.

Area of investment: 195 ha

The investment land is located within Tricity Agglomeration (1.6 million residents) which is one of the biggest economic hubs in the Baltic Sea Area. Similarly to the plot of Polhoz, this plot is also located just a 25-minute drive away from Gdańsk City Centre and Gdańsk Airport, which enables easy transportation for the employees. The plot is located in the vicinity of the S7 expressway (Gdańsk South junction).

The owner’s intention is to organize the subject area as a multifunctional complex of service buildings, production and storage together with other accompanying functions such as public services, green areas, road communication and technical infrastructure. The concept locates the industrial areas in the central, northern and western parts of the investment land, moving them away from the built-up areas (including, in particular, residential areas) of Rokitnica. An additional buffer zone between them will be constituted by organized green areas – also publicly available, where sports and recreation infrastructure is planned to be located.
