Rokitnica

This plot is situated just a 25-minute drive away from Gdańsk City Centre and Gdańsk Airport, enabling easy transportation for employees. The plot is located in the vicinity of the S7 expressway (Gdańsk South junction).

The owner intends to organise the subject area as a multifunctional complex of service buildings, production and storage together with other accompanying functions such as public services, green areas, road communication and technical infrastructure. The project locates the industrial site in the central, northern and western parts of the investment land, moving them away from the built-up areas (including, in particular, residential areas) of Rokitnica.

An additional buffer zone between them will be constituted by organised green areas – also publicly available, where sports and recreation infrastructure is planned to be located.
