Office market and greenfield investment offers

In 2022, approximately 50,600 m² of modern office space was delivered to the market totalling the stock to over 1 mln m2.

The total stock in Tricity amounts to over 1 mln m2, which places Tricity in third place among all regional cities. In 2022, gross demand for office space in Tricity amounted to 101,000 m2. The largest deal share was new contracts, which increased by 28 p.p. compared to 2021 and amounted to 68%. Renegotiations reached 21% and expansions of existing tenants accounted for 11% of annual take-up. Pre-let transactions in 2022 totalled 3,200 m2 (3% of total demand).

Due to the dynamic business situation and a new operation model, Scania Production is closing its bus assembly site in Slupsk. Beginnning with Q2 2024, the manufacturing site will be available for the new investor.
